Mercy Me: Breathing Acoustically
A random Friday night trip to Lexington yielded a nice find. While in Family Christian Stores, I came across an acoustic version of MercyMe’s Coming Up to Breathe. I thought it might just be a few songs from the album, but it turned out to be the album in its entirety. My next thought was that it was just the acoustic tracks from the original (a stripped down version… nothing reworked or redone). I was pleased to find that most of the album seems to have reworked versions of the songs. Sounds like they did use some tracks here and there from the original, but enough has been reworked to make it interesting.
