When Sparks Fly…and other news
I spent this evening at the annual Triplett family cookout and fireworks. Despite a little bit of rain, the food & fireworks were great. It seemed everyone and their mother decided to shoot off fireworks this year. We were treated to several displays in all directions around us.
In other news…
The JMB’s new album, Not So Easily Pleased, has finally been released. It only took us a whopping six months. Hopefully, the next one won’t take as long. We’re not sure what’s going to happen next, but we think we’re going to release another live CD, and possibly a DVD before we do another studio album. Have no fear faithful blog readers - we’ll be learning new material over the next several months, so you won’t get tired of hearing our newest collection of songs.
For those that are wondering - the “big news” I blogged about last week has yet to materialize, one way or another. All is quiet on that front. Stay tuned for updates.
Jeremy and Julia are getting married this weekend. I’m very excited and very happy for them. It should be a great time. Our tuxedos have yet to arrive, but we’re not in panic mode - yet. It will be a very busy weekend for me, but I’m sure I’ll enjoy it.
